Trust me, I really feel that I am very lucky to have Francis Lee as my real estate agent, and it is really my pleasure to write this review for him - he had helped me so much and I almost felt that I owe him a lot. I am an investor lives in northeast region and I wanted to buy an investment property in Atlanta area due to the attractive price. Naturally, I need a good real estate agent to help me. After worked with several other agents, I finally chose Francis. My decision was based on the reviews I have read about him, several conversations I have conducted with him and comparison with some other real estate agents that I have dealt with. Now, after a couple of months since we first talked, I have bought my investment property and I feel very confident to recommend Francis to you base on the followings: 1. He is someone I can trust and it is something that is very important to me. During this purchasing process, I think Francis always put my interest first, and he always thinks for me. Therefore, when he makes recommendation for me, I never questioned his motivation. We are the same team have the same goal. 2. He listens to me and answers to my questions promptly. He usually responds to my question immediately, even to some nonsense questions, or repeated questions. If he cannot answer to my question immediately, I can expect that his response will be in my inbox the second day when I wake up. 3. His listing report is thorough and clear. The listing report is the best that I have ever received. It has almost all the information I need in order to help me to make the decision. 4. He is professional. He helped me to analysis the market, set up realistic goal to meet my need, and offered me his advice on how much we should offer for the property we are bidding for and make sure we are in a competitive position, but not over paying. He even closed the house for me. During the time I work with him, there was not a single thing that worries me, because he always has a solution for those unexpected things. 5. He works for you. Once I showed him some interest in a property, he will go there in person to take a look and take pictures for me and offers me his advice, whether it is a good buy or not. 6. He impressed me by person. I once flew over to Georgia and met with him and he showed me the area. He impressed me by his knowledge of the area, his knowledge of the local market, his politeness, his dedication and the good words that other people told me about him. 7. He is a perfect match for out state buyers. I have purchased the house, but Francis did not stop here. He is still helping me with the remodeling projects, finding rental agent, finding the home insurance company. Anyone who has done remodeling project before knows that is not an easy job, let alone that I have to do it remotely. However, Francis helps me to identify the contractors to do the job, to negotiate the best competitive price for me. I do not have to worry too much, since I feel I am in a good hand. I usually do not spend too much time on reviews, but I feel very confident to recommend Francis to you. If I will buy more properties in Georgia, Francis will be the only realtor that I will work with. Give him a call if you have any real estate need and you will know what I am talking about.

Had a wonderful experience with Francis. He took his time with us and explained parts of the process we had questions on. Identified elements of houses we saw that were of concern. Francis helped us sell our home in Norcross. He was our second realtor after our stint with the first agent went no where. From day 1, Francis had a strategy for selling the house on how to attract potential buyers and to get them excited about the house. He gave us a comprehensive rundown of the values of other homes in the neighborhood and the area to give us a realistic sense of the value of our home and comparatively what it would take to sell the house. Francis did not push us to spend money on upgrades that would ultimately not net us a return when the house sells. He also provided timely follow-ups whenever we had questions. We all had to be patient for the right buyer to come along but in the end, we had multiple offers at once and Francis was able to skillfully use that situation to our advantage in getting the highest offer to stick.

I found that others tend to judge our intention of buying in this market & worry about their time investment more than understanding & trusting our intention to buy. Francis was extremely helpful during our home search. He was as patient as you can possibly be as an agent during months of indecisiveness. Anytime we asked him to do something for us (no matter how unconventional or uncomfortable it was for him to do it), he would complete our requests with no hesitation.
